01 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you as the user ("User", "you") and h5aone ("Platform", "we"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the h5aone.app website and all related services offered by this platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, using any game feature, or simply browsing the h5aone platform, you clearly and voluntarily express your agreement to comply with all terms stated here. h5aone operates under international licensing and is committed to providing a safe, fair and responsible gaming environment for all its users.

02 User Eligibility

03 Account Registration

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Required information includes your full name, active mobile number, valid email address, and other requested details. You are fully responsible for ensuring this information is kept current at all times.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different identities, is a serious violation of these terms. h5aone reserves the right to investigate and take immediate action against any account suspected of being a duplicate.

• Your username and password are for your personal use only and must not be shared.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact our customer support immediately.
• h5aone will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

The account verification process (KYC) may be required before any withdrawal is processed. h5aone reserves the right to suspend or freeze an account while verification is being carried out.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

The h5aone platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through supported payment methods. All transactions are subject to the minimum limits that have been set.

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Within 1 hour after the application is approved, subject to required verification.

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH). All deposits must be made using a method registered under the same user account name.

h5aone reserves the right to hold any withdrawal that requires further investigation for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes. In such cases, our support team will contact the relevant user for additional information.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by h5aone are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms set for each offer. Users are encouraged to read the full terms of each promotion before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: h5aone offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount awarded.

• Example 1: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Account balance RM220 → Wagering required RM120 × 25 = RM3,000.
• Example 2: Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM1,000 → Account balance RM2,800 → Wagering required RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, or wagering strategies that go against the spirit of the promotion, will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account closure.

06 Game Rules

All games available on the h5aone platform are operated using a certified random number generator (RNG) or through live game tables with real dealers. The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed on grounds of personal preference or misunderstanding of the rules.

Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, h5aone will use system records to determine a fair outcome. In certain circumstances, h5aone reserves the right to cancel a game round and return the original bet to the user.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in the event of a system disruption acknowledged by h5aone.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are as displayed in the game interface.
• h5aone reserves the right to remove or modify any game without prior notice.

07 Data Security and Privacy

h5aone uses SSL encryption technology and other technical security measures to protect users' personal data and financial transactions. However, you also bear responsibility for maintaining the security of your own account.

08 User Responsibilities

As a user of the h5aone platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other third-party tools to interact with the platform without written permission from h5aone.
• Committing or attempting to commit any form of fraud, including the use of unauthorised credit cards or e-wallets.
• Sharing or transferring funds between different user accounts (referred to as "chip dumping" or unlawful fund transfers).
• Using the platform for any money laundering or terrorism financing activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the system or any software bugs discovered.
• Threatening, harassing or behaving disrespectfully towards support staff or other users.

Violation of any of the above responsibilities may result in the immediate freezing or closure of your account, and h5aone reserves the right to take appropriate legal action if circumstances require it.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, h5aone shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of betting funds due to technical disruptions beyond the platform's control.

h5aone will make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times. However, h5aone does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, free from errors or technical disruptions. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may be carried out from time to time.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

h5aone reserves the right to close or suspend a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents within the specified period.
• The user's own request to close the account or to register with a self-exclusion programme.
• Compliance with instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting our customer support. Any valid balance in the account will be returned after the required verification process is completed, provided there are no outstanding liability issues or investigations.

11 Intellectual Property

All content found on the h5aone platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface designs, text, software code and brand names, is the property of h5aone or the respective licence holders. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the user and h5aone will be referred to arbitration or a mutually agreed dispute resolution forum, in accordance with the procedures set by the relevant licensing body.

Users acknowledge that they use this platform voluntarily and are responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gambling activities is lawful under the local laws applicable to them.
